ResortPass operates as both a B2B and B2C business, partnering with hotels to offer day access to their amenities, including pools, spas, and workspaces. On the B2C side, ResortPass empowers locals and traveler's to effortlessly book luxurious hotel amenities for just a single day.
With ResortPass, users gain exclusive daytime access to the world’s finest hotels, enjoying premium features such as pools, spas, and cabanas, all without needing to book an overnight stay. ResortPass is at the forefront of creating a brand-new category in hospitality, redefining how people experience luxury and relaxation.
The brief was to refresh ResortPass's current product look and feel while creating a robust, responsive design system for their internal team to roll out seamlessly. This involved documenting design rules and usage for both the B2B and B2C sides, ensuring the system adapts across various breakpoints, products, and programming languages.

Our design thinking
We began by exploring various design directions for the primary product pages across both the B2B and B2C platforms, focusing on defining a fresh colour palette, typography, graphic treatments, and overall style.
Once the direction was signed off, we began rolling out the design system components, rigorously stress-testing them to ensure a consistent and cohesive user experience across all products. We worked closely with the ResortPass team to gain a deep understanding of their customers and product, ensuring the best possible outcome for the design system and rebrand.
During the file handovers, we provided detailed guidance on setting up new colours and variations, equipping the team with the confidence and knowledge to update and maintain the design system moving forward.

We are incredibly proud of the design system we created, leveraging the latest features in Figma to maximise its capabilities and deliver a modern, efficient solution.
