Overview
Gambly is a cutting-edge sports betting chatbot that uses AI to provide users with the best available odds for any betting query. Our collaboration began with a brand sprint, setting a solid foundation for the Gambly’s visual identity. Over the following six months, we worked closely with the Gambly team to design the overall architecture and each product feature, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience across both web and mobile applications. The result is a user-friendly platform offering that revolutionises sports betting through this innovative approach to a betting companion tool.

Our design thinking
The Gambly team had an array of exciting ideas for their product features, which we helped focus into a fantastic MVP offering.
For the MVP, we developed a seamless bet slip flow that allows users to store various bets, load them directly into the sportsbook to place the bet, and share their bet slips on social media. This feature not only enhances user engagement but also helps attract new users and build a strong foundation in the betting community.
Another key challenge was creating custom response components versatile enough to handle limitless user requests within the chatbot format. We started by focusing on the essential elements needed for any possible request, then crafted a series of more complex components for the most popular scenarios.
Finished product
For Gambly's branding, we created a clean, tech-savvy look that fits seamlessly within the sports betting industry. The high-contrast, dynamic icon draws inspiration from old-school American football graphics, and the geometric-inspired Surt font enhances its digital appeal. This balanced approach avoids the extremes of being too serious or too playful, making Gambly attractive to both casual sports fans and serious bettors alike.
