Optimising practice management + records for aesthetic clinics with Prospyr
Overview
Prospyr provides aesthetic practices with a single, easy-to-use platform with all the practice management tools clinicians need. They centralise everything from bookings, records and notes to social media integration to help a business grow. We helped design their SaaS (Software as a service) product directly with their development team. We also refined their marketing site and expanded their component library.

Our design thinking
We used a clean medical aesthetic and relied on an adaptable design system. The colour palette is soothing and trustworthy with teal, sky blue and an accent orange. We flexed our creative ability on novel UX functionality and architecture suggestions to simplify aesthetic clinicians' jobs.
Finished product
We integrated with Prospyr's team for several months, where we designed and released a bundle of features. We also released their marketing site. Healthtech is one of our niches, and we were able to test our knowledge and make the most of past wisdom of health-based admin panels, meaning faster turnarounds and better results for the Prospyr team.
