Our design thinking

Brand: When developing ATC's brand, our goal was to establish a bold and approachable image that resonated with the company's down-to-earth and no-nonsense nature while also showcasing the power of its technology. In light of the AI boom, we consciously opted to steer clear of the typical glossy and high-tech aesthetic. Instead, we carefully selected a fun and personable colour palette that directly appealed to our target audience: real people facing genuine marketing challenges.

Platform: Our design thinking for the platform revolved around creating a user-centric experience that seamlessly blends human intuition with advanced technological understanding. We prioritized the needs and goals of the users, which range from marketers to business owners, and aimed to design a platform that is intuitive, user-friendly, and efficient, enabling marketers to leverage the power of AI without feeling overwhelmed. With AI doing the heavy lifting behind the scenes, the platform itself became a powerful reporting tool. Allowing marketers to effortlessly evaluate the performance of their content pieces, gain valuable insights into audience relevance, and receive recommendations for content topics that engage their viewers. Additionally, it allows marketers to track their competitors’ content and marketing performance against their own.One of the key challenges we faced was ensuring users made the connection between the work of AI and the data presented on the platform. We recognized the importance of striking a balance between simplicity and ease of use while also ensuring users understood the underlying complexity of the technology driving ATC. To tackle this challenge, we implemented a meticulously designed onboarding process.

In just a 3-month sprint, we successfully created a fresh and innovative brand that embodies the friendly, no-nonsense tone of the company.A sleek web app that equips users with data and tools to generate new content that specifically appeals to their target audience.An exciting onboarding process that showcased the vast possibilities and power of using ATC and drove users to sign up. After sign-up, following the initial excitement, a detailed first-time user experience was created that guided users through the product’s reporting tools and bridged the gap between AI technology and the data on the platform.A compelling sales website that captivates users' interests. By incorporating live demos, we effectively communicated the value and functionality of the product, leaving a lasting impression on potential customers.
